Project Summary: Edgewater Harbor is a Planned Unit Development located 7.7 miles south of New Smyrna Beach on US 1 in Edgewater, Fl. The project is permitted for 416 Condominium Units as well as 100,000 sf of Commercial-Retail-Professional space. The Condominiums will be one of two offerings; the Key West with 1,441 liv.sq.ft./2,609 gross sq.ft. and the Malibu with 1,953 liv.sq.ft./3,264 gross sq.ft. |
